  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely.   The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! The location was great- close to the beach and supermarkets as well as great walking distance from the clubs yet far enough for it not to be too noisy if you didn't want to b... what people say » e involved in all the hectic nightlife! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again! - The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have. About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   the lady at the reception was very friendly. explaining all the options and advantages to us. the appartment we took (#50) was on the ground floor, very spacious, with a big veranda facing the pool. it had a kitchen with all accessories, so we could cook ourselves breakfast from the food bought in the close-by BestBuy supermarket (open till late).... what people say » car parking is not a problem in the hotel or anywhere in Ayia Napa. - These apartments are huge! We had lots of space and it felt very roomy!, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic it is right on the entrance to sandy bay beach (which is very beautiful), there was wifi which was weak but still accessible, a lovely swimming pool which was always very clean, and a very nice bar and restaurant attached.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   The location was wonderful (on the shore!) and the hotel compound offered lots of privacy. The staff was very helpful. - i liked everything, the apatments were like a village and this wasn't something familiar to me!
