  Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view.   The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. They are convinient located close to main shopping area in the centre of Agia Napa with best fashion shops very near, it is in a quiet place, so you can sleep with open balcony and don't suff... what people say » er from noise. The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.
