  Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view. I would stay there again with a discount as no hotel in Cyprus is good enough to be 5 star and charge as such. However on a discount it is a great deal.

  We stayed at Cleopatra apts middle of February. The place is excellent, very well organise and very clean. The rooms are clean, nice furnitures and a good variety of satelite channels.The young man who is in charge, his name is Chris, he is an excellent young man and he can provite anything you ask him. The place is right in the middle of Ayia Napa... what people say » and so you can walk anywhere you like. For sure we will be back - Our family we 2 children 6y.o and 3 y.o stayed at Cleopatra apts last week for 7 days. We have to be honest , we had one of our best holiday ever. Big Apartments, with 2 toilets ,big balconies and everything a family could need. The manager was very helpfull and very polite. We ll visit Cleopatra again

  The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely. As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   Christothea apartment is the place for accommodation in Ayia Napa. The Staff is Very friendly. Air conditioning is available. The room is very very clean and quite simple. It is very clean to the square. A supermarket is near down the street. I will go to this place again next year. The apartment was always clean, towels and bed sheets regularly changed. Perfect position as it was close to everything. Air conditioning is also available for just 7 euro a day, which was great!

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely! Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.
