  Everything was great. I really liked the massage, the breakfast and especially their filter coffee. Great marmalades as well.... The swimming pool was big and really clean.   Nice setting, very friendly family run hotel. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with good air con and large empty mini bar for guests to use. Rooms include balcony with lovely views and spotless bathrooms with constant hot water. Breakfast was excellent and varied day to day. Car parking was plentiful and easy. We like peace and sleep so it was great for us. - We found Palates to be the best value for money of anywhere we stayed on Cyprus. Many of the accoutrements of a luxury hotel without the price. A lovely, friendly staff; fabulous views; excellent food; and authentic farming village.
