Everyone here are friendly and very helpful. My hat is off to the Manager, Paris, as one of the nicest people I've ever met running a hotel, very laid back, pleasant. Always made sure that whatever I needed he'd arrange to have it taken care of :-) THe best thing I can say about this Hotel/Apts is that I will continue to come back, again and again.

As far as I understand this hotel is a recently-reopened family hotel. It has his own soul. And many of the details of your stay are taken into account - like in a family. I like in this hotel: - friendly and helpful staff that speak English well - fast free WIFI and a lot of WIFI adapters - comfortable rooms with enough furniture, a lot of closets and lamps and kitchen where I was able to cook the good food - beach location (over the road) and nice view from the big terrace - comfortable pool and reception place with security cameras as well

- Location is not convenient for me because I did need to go to the center almost every day - Sometimes I do not like self-service on vacation. But it is not a problem of the hotel :) - The price of the stay is small, but that means that not every thing is new. And sometimes there is a problem with water head. And air conditiong is available only for extra charge And sorry for my English

I liked its situation. You can see the sea from the appartment and is really great. The sea is just across the street and there is no need of taking the car to go for swimming.

The fact that there is no elevator and especially ladies is tough to carry the luggages so many stairs. It is time to renovate the place especially how it looks from outside. it is a pitty to have such a hotel in a very nice spot and leave it like that. The rooms are clean but the whole place needs some more attention to become nice.

The place is very close to the beach, and it is clean. The owner allowed us to stay 2 hours longer on our departure day.

Far from the centre and there was only one bus every half an hour, the air condition didn't work, and there was no wi -fi.

compared to other prices in Larnaca, it's good value if you don't have to be in a castle.
