We absolutely loved our stay here. Great food including buffet breakfast, plus restaurant right on the seafront. Beautiful room and views and very private. Highlight was definitely the infinity pool and Spa. Most relaxing holiday ever!
Very nice view from the room! It was beautiful and enjoyed sunset! Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good! All in all we liked a lot our stay (far from excellent though)!
No coffee/tea facilities in the room. No quilt on the bed, just a sheet and a cover. For November even it is still warm during the day they SHOULD have a quilt!There is absolutely NO isolation of noise in the rooms. You walk outside the corridors and it's like you are in the rooms because you hear everything! You are in your room and you hear everything outside and the nearby rooms! Maybe it was the worst hotel (without exaggerating) I ever stayed in terms of noise isolation.
The infinity spa pool and the area around the pool were wonderfully relaxing and peaceful, children were not allowed. There were plenty of places to eat but we particularly liked the Nostios restaurant where we sat at the front with a wonderful view of the lights around the harbour area of Paphos.
We paid extra for a sea view but our room was "upgraded" to a ground floor terrace overlooking the children's swimming pool and it was so noisy that we hardly spent any time in our room.

Excellent location with easy walking access to the harbour with many restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free upgrade to a room with patio and sea view.
A few more cushions on the dining chairs outside and the loungers would make them comfortable.
everything: suites are awesome with a fine terrace to relax and a magnificient rooftop to enjoy the sunset or have a private dinner. A very good breakfast in the terrace with sea view. The infinity SPA pool where you can watch the sunset. There is a eauzone adult exclusive to relax. The pool is very nice inserted in a design environment on the war«terfront and the pool restaurant serve good dishes in a modern sea view space. There are a restaurant in the beach over the sea that is fabulous to have dinner or lunch. In a few steps we are in the Marina and in the main street full of restaurantes and shops. I stongly recommend this spot. Actually is the best part of the island to go in beach vacation.

I do want to acknowledge the stuff that made our stay truly excellent despite of some disappointments about the hotel itself. 2 persons were absolutley amazing in their respective roles - Markus who was welcoming guests in a lobby and pool waiter Dimitri. Fantastic location.
Hotel as it is disappointed with it's rooms that needed to be renovated: furniture is old and sometimes dirty, curtains were disrupted, wardrobe door handle dropped out with first attempt to open it and etc.. What we experienced was not worth money that paid though the hotel is perfectly designed and located.

Exceptional customer service - I felt so special from the time I walked in to the time I left. Extremely friendly staff who would greet and speak with you every time they saw me. All staff went above and beyond to help me with any question I had. Fabulous location! Terrific facilities Magical views from the balcony in my room. Great wifi connection. The complimentary bowl of fruit I received every morning was simply an added bonus and a wonderful gesture of feeling I was at home. My room was beyond exceptions -it was so clean - I just felt pampered!! I would stay again on my next visit as it just complimented my over all experience during my staff at Paphos!!

The hotel is located very close to the harbour, it's easy to find a good restaurant, a pharmacy or a supermarket. The spa is really good! The massage they gave to my wife was perfect (she said so)! The pools are good, and the fact that they separate children's pool and adult's pool is somenthing every resort should do.
The guest service is terrible! The girl encharged of help the clients with car rent, trips, tourism choices is arrogant with young people! She tought that I wouldn't have money to pay what she would offer, so she mistreated us! Besides that, the restaurant's services are very, very, very slow!

i like artur from the adult pool- he works there and is a very friendly employer, who should get paid more and i liked regine from the spa, she has great humor and should get a new contract when hers expires in october. its all about people who work their who make it a better place -
i didnt like they offer a summer special that is not for people wo book via booking. com and they dont mention it on their webside. poor
When I checked they gave a bill of a room daily rate of 555 euros by day! Although when I check in I gave them a printed copy of my letsbookhotel.com reservation and they said they don't have it. Fortunately it was still on my computer I asked for the manager and showed it to him! He apologized and correct the bill and it took forty minutes to check out! I was angry and did not understand how this could happen? Thanks
Beautiful design hotel with excellent service. All restaurants can be recommended-the food was great. The hotel provides perfect areas for families and a separate Spa area for persons above 16 years-quiet location with pool and a lot of different interesting Spa offers. The price niveau is adequate for such an outstanding hotel.

The hotel is probably one of the best in Cyprus let alone Paphos. The room was elegant, romantic and well-equipped we were close to the adult pool which had a full-time waitress who Myia who was extra attentive and always ready to serve us Mojitos and snacks from a healthy but overpriced menu. I would definitely return and it really made our trip one to remember. Slightly overpriced especially for this time of year but nonetheless there was so much to enjoy and we can't wait to go back.

Exceptionally friendly staff. From front desk to pool waiters. Top The Hotel was very forthcoming and understanding concerning a room cancellation. Food was very good. Pool area is very comfortable perfect for kids - even a soft sunroof over the pool :) Young couples with no children can enjoy a separate infinity pool next to the spa - very nice and quiet.
Rooms are small and they were not very clean on arrival. We booked a Superior family room with sea view for two adults and two children, but there´re only small superior rooms with interconnecting doors. Beach is non existing and rough stone. Airport transfer from Larnaca app 1 1/2 hours and aprrox 150.- Euro per way for 5 people.
The seaside restaurant is superb with fresh Greek/Cypriot cuisine and mezze ! Good price/quality all over !!! Location next to the harbour and it's bars & restaurants is excellent and just a 5min stroll away.

Food was so delicious: fried bacon, very tasty mushrooms and tomatoes, fruits, different kinds of tasty danishes))) mmmm))) Great location of the hotel (especially if you go there on spring when the water is too cold to swim), it is right on the seafront. There also were great concerts in the evenings: the singer sang to the accompaniment of the guitar and it was so professional and wonderful! All in all staying there was unforgettable)))

Beach pretty non existent. Not enough sunbeds around pool. Hadn't realized the spa pool was unavailable to children under 16. The other pool was full of very small children/toddlers
Definitely check out the ouzeri by the sea. Not value for money but a wonderfull experience none the less.
Interconnecting rooms are noisy
The key selling point of this hotel are the staff, who are the most experienced you can find on Cyprus. We had a problem with the airconditioning in this hotel, but as there was no space in the hotel, the immediately moved us to the neighbouring hotel Annabella, which has the same owners. which actually has a more extensive swimming pool area. Agatha at the reception of the Annabelle, is amazing, nothing was every too much

The spa is simply bliss. The breakfast was excellent as there was array of healthy to not so healthy choices.
For a 5 star hotel I was surprised at how poor quality the bed linen was. There was no duvet and the pillows were hard polyester fill. I'm currently staying at a 5 star and it doesn't compare to Almyra. Almyra is 4 star quality.
