Staff were superb, we arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome The apartment was wonderfully equipped- even had the fresh orange juice maker ;) wonderful and clean pool really clean place

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location offers very convenient access to the city and other areas via public transport (bus stop right outside the apartments) or if you have a car there is plenty of parking space (free). Free WiFi was a big plus!

very comfortable apartments in a great location just outside of Paphos (which means away from all the tourists and noise). nice pool area.

didn't attempt the public transportation but had a rental car to get around...would be too far to walk to the main Paphos attractions/beaches, especially in the summertime.

Everything was ok. The staff very helpful and friendly. Good food and good value for money.We did enjoy our stay there.

Air condition in our sitting room could work better. In the bedroom was really nice temp. but in sitting area very worm with ac on.

I liked very much the receptionist's behavior from the moment we arrived! She was very friendly and always smiling :) We were given exactly what we asked for (no smoking room with king size bed). The apartment was just wonderful !!! We would definitely go there next year for more days

The apartment is very spacious with all the comforts. Two air conditions with big living room and large bathroom. Staff very polite and the swimming pool is very clean and quiet.

Good value, relatively new apartments, roomy, clean, quiet - despite being on a busy road. Good bus links to main tourist attractions. Good breakfast. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The larger apartment is big enough for 7 people but only one bathroom although there is a separate toilet. It also has a washing machine and a good sized kitchen. Excellent for self catering. Good sized balconies. Effective Air conditioners in all rooms - vital in July!

Staff were not the friendliest we have come across, they were polite but did not make much of an effort to be welcoming. But we found this everywhere we went in Paphos. Some people were downright rude, one bus driver was particularly obnoxious. Taxis are very expensive.

The apartments were lovely. We stayed in a one bed which was very spacious, including two terraces (one was even bigger than the bedroom!). Everything was new and professionally done. Air con and wifi were all included in the price. The pool was enjoyable and not too crowded and we never had to fight for loungers. The pool side bar was very respectable too, especially given the small number of guests. Although you couldn't walk to town or the harbor, the bus stop was literally on the doorstep and tickets were very reasonable ($15 for a week). We didn't need a car for any of our time there.

Very little to complain about except that, although our bins were changed daily, our apartment didn't receive a thorough clean in our two week stay - the shower could have done with a scrub at the end due to sun-lotion build-up

I came to Paphos to get married and found your little complex very inviting, very clean and comfortable and your staff very attentive, without bothering you.

Nothing. The location was good. On a bus route if required. Minimal facilities, good for us as we didn't want lots of small children.

A great family run hotel,nothing was too much trouble.I Needed to keep my room until 5pm on the day I checked out and this was done free of charge.It was nice and relaxed around the pool,very friendly atmosphere.It was 10 euros in a taxi to paphos harbour or 1 euro on the excellent bus service which picks up outside the hotel,also only ten minutes to coral bay.Theres also a supermarket a couple of stops on the bus or around a ten minute walk.Must say the food served at the pool area was particularly good also.

Couldn't really fault anything as I paid a good price for good service and most of the reviews were spot on.

The reception stuff guy is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located just nearby the road but the noise is not too much excessive. The advantage is that bus stop is located just in front of the hotel otherwise you will need a car to reach Pafos center/restaurants/etc. This is well balanced hotel price vs location.

Air conditioners were dusted (but that's seems usual for hotels). Rooms cleaning also could be better.

Although the hotel is located outside the city center but easily accessible by public transportation (bus 615 from the port). Across the road is a good local restaurant.

As a couple we both really enjoyed are stay. We thought the apartments were very modern and stylish and great value for money. Staff lovely and helpful!!!

Because of the nearby street it was quite noisy. The staffs were smoking in the lobby. The faux-leather sofa was worn down and covered with a blanket.

The apartment was well stocked and trendy. The pool was lovely and the entire complex was beautiful.

A few things in the room didn't work, like the telephone, the safe, and the bedside lamps. Also, the location is terrible. It is about 3 km outside of Paphos and there is nothing around it. Granted, there is a bus that runs right past it, into town, but if you want to be in the thick of things, this isn't the place for you.

Good location, easy reach of both Paphos and Coral Bay. Good complex, nice pool area and kid's palyground. Staff attentive, wifi worked fine in the apartment.

Could not pay by credit card, no microwave in the kitchen. The road nearby is quite busy, there is even a bus stop in front of the complex - handy access wise, though a bit disturbing as well. Full english breakfast is fine, though do not pay in advance, you can do it locally when you wish - no variaty of the breakfast after a week got fed up.

I enjoyed every minute of my staying at the Avillion. The room itself gave a luxury feel and comfort. I was amazed by how clean it is and how I could enjoy every detail of the features given. The location itself is pretty quite and from some parts the view was also amazing. I would definitely revisit!

Lovely apartments great for people who want a quite holiday set back from main resort.

The location, the peaceful atmosphere, the relaxation. I would recomment it for vacations especially during the summer. Paphos is a very beautiful city and Avillion is a nice place to relax

Internet and wifi did not work in room 103. This lack of Attention to detail for a hotel chain purporting to be 4* like these apartments is annoying and avoidable.
