The perimeter of the pool does not have a good grip for people who are trying to hold on to it, and can prove to be dangerous in my opinion if someone is trying to grip on to the side.

The rooms were big and very clean. It had an entertainer every night and even aerobic in the pool for the guests. The staff were very polite

There were no ashtrays in tables and you had to ask for them. There was no toilet brush in my room. For the minibar it was closed and you had to ask for a key but this was not mentioned in our check in.

It was comfortable and friendly. The room allocated was superior to the one I expected. The rooms were ready well before check in time. The breakfast area was very clean and had a good selection. There were ample sunbeds and towels available

The bathroom was not quite up to the standard of the bedroom and hotel areas but clean and usable

I liked the spaciousness of the hotel and the cleaning staff did agreat job.

He hotel was slightly too far away from the main attractions of Paphos,I thought we would be able to walk to everywhere as I thought the hotelwas more central than it was.

the internet was not free and the food was not matching with muslim food for exampl the breakfast mostly from pork (hum)

Great position overlooking the ocean

I dont think it was value for money. The hotel is starting to lookpretty old, from the rooms, to the restaurant. The reception area hasnot got ride of the exchange rate board with french francs, germandeutsche Mark etc.

The Friendliness of the staff on check in

The indoor pool was freezing and this was the only option for this time of year, so more care should be taken to ensure it is in good condition for use.

The terrace door could not be locked anymore. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. This is a 4 star hotel on his return. A 3 star categorie would be more on his place here.

old hotel and many old pepole stayed there so it is like elderly house.

The local restaurants!

the hotel did not merit a 5* rating. It is in urgent need of refurbishment. Sheets and towels grey and old. broken computer. poolside amenities and towels were old and worn out. Food - poor. Rubbish left out over weekend in overflowing bins. Cockroaches in bathroom (3rd floor)
