Please note that no additional guests are allowed to attend the properties for any function without prior written consent from the owners. Panorama Villa: Air conditioning is paid locally and charges are as follows: -EUR 6.5 per unit per day for the bedrooms -EUR 12 per unit per day for the living area of the annex -EUR 16 per unit per day for the living area of the main house (2 units available). The outdoor hot tub costs EUR 65 per day and paid locally. It can be booked for a minimum of 4 days, and needs to be requested at least 2 days in advance. Oceania Villa: Air conditioning is paid locally and charges are as follows: -EUR 6.5 per unit per day for the bedrooms (total of 8 units) -EUR 35 per day for the large living area Please inform Oceania & Panorama Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 650 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
