  The hotel offers excellent standard for this price. If you do not expect fancy design and modern interior/outerior you will get what you need. The beach is 2min walk down the street, we had a necessary equipment in the kitchen, a lot of space in the apartment and a nice balcony.   We had a studio room which was huge! Such a bargain - location was amazing. Fig tree bay is the most beautiful water I have ever swum in. The area has been overrun with British and doesn't have a Greek vibe which was disappointing, but the beauty makes up for it. Really enjoyed our holiday. The staff at Alva were absolutely lovely too. Our room was spacious with a lovely sea-view (4th floor). Many shops and restaurant around with a great diversity. however we didn't spend too much time in hotel, it was our starting point for visiting east ans south coast of Cyprus. It is definitely worth to visit all lovely beached aroung not only in Protaras (rather crowded).

  I have stayed in many apartments in this area over the years as a local and have to admit that this was one of the best by far for it's category. Good and quiet location, with bus stop outside and two supermarkets. I just stayed for one night but was impressed with the room and especially as i had booked a studio and was upgraded for free without ... what people say » asking to a one bed apartment. I asked for a pool view which is the best and room 207 had also a sea view too. Rooms are spotless, was impressed that - Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally good food, both in quality and quantity. The location and layout of the hotel was ideal. I would recommend these Hotel Apartments to anyone looking for a value for money holiday with all the facilities of an expensive establishment.
