We had a very pleasant surprise both meeting the friendly owner of the Chanteclair appartment and enjoying a very pleasant and spacious modern-style appartment in the heart of Nicosia, in walking distance from the old-city. Price was more than fair for this beautiful and cosy appartment, as compared to any impersonal hotel room. We definetely suggest the appartment and especially to families with kids.
