Amazing service, helpful staff, we experienced a very kind attitude to all our problems and requests. The location of the hotel is really excellent: very close to the down town and in spite of this very peaceful place for the ones preferring to have a rest at night.Food was delicious especially dinners. Great thanks to the Chief and all the restaurant staff. Especial thanks to Andri, the manager of the hotel for her complaisance and help. We would definitely return to the hotel once more later

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Beach is simple beautyful, water is clean, incredible blue, bungallows are comfortable, good conditions, staff is very polite, kind, helpful, downtown 30 minute walking distance, we felt like we were on a second honeymoon! :) Cipryans speak very good english (almoast all of them!!) -
