  We had a 4 nights stay at this incredible property. Mrs. Zoe- the owner- is a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host. The welcome gift consisting of a bottle of very nice wine and a ball of fruits was highly appreciated. ArtbyPraxis is not a hotel, more of a complex of studios and apartments. There's a small kitchenette equipped with cut - Location - 8 min walking from quiet and beautiful beach. Sun beds are available for free at Sofroniou's restaurant - same as full, tasty breakfast! We felt more guests than customers: mid-night arrival or late departure were absolutely not a problem, also having breakfast at 2pm. Room very nice, clean and quiet.
