We found Palates to be the best value for money of anywhere we stayed on Cyprus. Many of the accoutrements of a luxury hotel without the price. A lovely, friendly staff; fabulous views; excellent food; and authentic farming village.

We stayed for one night, a few days after our wedding. The hotel was overall excellent. The design was wonderful in all areas: lounge, restaurant, bar, outside-swimming pool and, of course, the room. We were really surprised when we entered the room. Everything was new and clean and the design was really relaxing. We would surely stay there again and we recommend it to anyone who would like a relaxing or even a romantic break.
P.S. The view from the hotel was remarkable!!!
