We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach
(not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and
spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming
and even offered beers on the house! Overall, an excellent budget choice

The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed. Stayed in the hotel for 3 night in total, and was one of my favorite hotels. Staff was very nice and welcoming, poll side was fantastic and the beach was only steps away. Most of my family stays in this hotel when they visit Cyprus as well. i will defiantly come back

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.
