Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting. Not bothered by traffic noise unlike many Nicosian hotels. Above average quality of breakfast and the staff are very friendly -

The hotel was perfect! We could not believe one can stay at such a place
for this price. The hotel can easily be considered 4-star or something
like that. Without asking, we were given the executive "Zebra"
room which was very nice, clean, large and stylish, zebras everywhere.

The hotel rooms were fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. They made our stay at the hotel so special. I was celebrating my birthday and they recognised this by playing and singing happy birthday at breakfast and presented me with a huge cake. Absolutely unexpected by all of us. a very special place and would definitely visit again.

everything ! I had a small but very cosy room on the 3rd and last floor with a big balcony, a private bathroom. The bed was good, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel is so cute, in laiki gitoneia. excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.
