The apartments were very roomy and high ceilinged so even when it was very hot the apartment was cool. There was a balcony were we could sit out and relax over breakfast or dinner.The kitchen was extremely well equiped so that self catering was a real option when the delights of the local tavernas palled.The pool and garden were extremely attractive and kept spotlessly clean.Only a short drive from the beach and local tavernas both of which were good. A small paradise close to Pissouri and Pissouri beach, the best beach we have seen by far. Very relaxed atmosphere with good restaurants but yet not overdeveloped. We spent nice time in Kotzias appartements in June 2013. It is a good combination of price and facilities for the rest. It is not luxurious place but you will have all you need for your vacations. The perfect location at about 100 meters from the beach. The owner can provide you with the opportunity to rent a car and call taxi.

The panoramic view is stunning and the hotel is only 2 miles from the lovely Pissouri Bay. Captains Restaurant is right on the beach and is superb in every way. The hotel is next to the amphitheatre and 'Cyprus Night' can be enjoyed at the nearby village square.

The view is indeed amazing, but that's just the icing on the cake. The entire hotel is just lovely, very nicely decorated, the rooms (or at least the one we stayed in) were huge, with a very nice bathroom and well equiped kitchen. The view from our balcony was spectacular.

Very nice owners/staff!!! The rooms are clean and modern with everything you need! View from the balkony and restaurant ist amazing. The restaurant and the food (evening and breakfast) is outstanding! Around 10mins drive to the beach and also very well located for excursions to Troodos and Paphos. The perfect location if you want to escape the main tourist areas, to see the "real" Cyprus!
