Estremamente comodo ed organizzato. complimenti alla simpatica signora che ci ha fatto il breafing dimostrativo dell'appartamento: una professionista!Una struttura ben organizzata e molto comoda. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pools were wonderful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great with a beach nearby and a fantastic beach only a five minute drive away. The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.

Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view. Highly recommended although it's not cheap. :) -

Cracking facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay there again with a discount as no hotel in Cyprus is good enough to be 5 star and charge as such. However on a discount it is a great deal.
