I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). Very conveni - The location is very convenient. Very central so we didn't need taxis but distant enough from the nightclubs (10 minutes walk) so we could sleep at night. The manager is very friendly. Fully functional kitchen. Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door. Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk.

Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge.
