Although it was a little bit far from the city centre, bus 30 (which goes to the centre) has a stop right in front of the building. Shops, bakery are very close. Rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Great ventilation when needed and efficient air- conditioning. Free wifi in lobby with reasonable connection speeds. Great sea views from balcony and rooms which outweighed any road noise. Close to various restaurants bars and clubs, and Sigma bakery:-)) Across the road from beach, promenade and local bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.
