It was a lovely, clean room with a separate lounge/kitchen and balcony looking out over a palm tree, perfect for having breakfast in the sun. The price was very reasonable and it was much better than another hotel in Paphos that we had previously stayed in for a similar price. The pool area was good - the pool itself being much cleaner than other pools in Cyprus - and it was also in close proximity to a decent beach as well as restaurants and shops. It's also very easy to get to the airport by bus from here, which was a bonus for us as we were travelling by car. Overall, it is fairly basic but good value for money and had a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Wifi worked on the terrace of the appartment. Friendly reception.
There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the largest cluster of restaurants and bars is further away.

There was an error with the booking and was asked to stay at the Panareti Coral Bay resort which was far away from the place we wanted to be. However the staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay

-location is great. it's very close (20 min walking) to the harbour -the value of the hotel is even bigger then money we paid - breakfast was rich. contained variety of cheese, ham, eggs, friuts, cakes, ... - quiet place. 200m from the sea

- Very kind and sweet staff. - The apartment, nice balcony looking at the swimming pool and the beach. - Comfortable bed and furnitures. - Paphos harbour is like 20 minutes away on foot, following a nice sidewalk along the coast, or 5 minutes by bus. - It has private parking, but you can also rent a bike right there. - I'll definitively come back to this hotel if I have the chance to go back to Paphos!

Problem with the air-condition and some lamps not work
Staff were very good, always smiling and helpful. Our plans changed just before arrival and they were very accommodating. Swimming pool was clean, convenient and warm. Accommodation was just right for a beach-type holiday.
Kitchen didn't have a proper knife so preparing food was difficult. Breakfast was a little meagre and there was no variation. Aircon was faulty and it took 3 days to get it fixed.
good value for the money
Close to the airport we staied only one night and we arrive very late, the man at the counter was very nice. The flat big, essential but it had a very nice balcony from where we enjoied watching the sea and the pools.
The air conditioning was working only in the living room so we slept there on the sofa bed: it was ok.
Good location, a lot of shops, restaurants, useful facilities around. Not bad swimming pool, clean territory.

This hotel was excellent value for money the room was a good size clean and had all the facilities you need the staff were really friendly and efficient and there was something for everyone on the breakfast menu whether it be fruit or cereals, English or Continental and did I say it was excellent value for money ;)
Only critcism for me was having no balcony to sit on and being on the main road and some modernisation is needed but really couldnt grumble about anything else
the place is near the beach and near the water sports of all kind.the room is big and clean with all you need.the view is very beautifull(from room 354): pool view and sea view also. the breakfast its not included,but if you like to take it its very various and a very nice and wellcome stuff. the harbor is about 25 minutes walking.

As many people say: the bus stop is really near, in fact it's the first stop starting from the airport. Surprised with a spacious studio - our room consisted of two floors (ground was: toilet, living room and a balcony, first floor: two bedrooms - with double beds). The sea/beach is near (2 minutes walking), yet the souroundings are not invitating. Overall, it's quite near to the harbor, good bus communication, not expensive, ideal for a family who do not want to spend a lot of money. I liked it.
1. Towels not changed after two days (or changed somehow to same ones - not sure). 2. Toilet doors could not close - the washbasin stone edge was too large (wandered who had designed that) 3. It would be nice if the kitchen was equipped with paper towels or sth plus some cleaning stuff to keep it clean, otherwise you need to buy everything on your own if you don't want to mess 4. wifi was of poor range - only in the reception or nearby you'll get connected.

Few items not working and broken, repairs were being done ready for the main season.

A great hotel for that money. Wonderful location for swimming, sandy beach.
It would be better not to have breakfasts there (much more cheaper and tastier would be to go to the restaurant 'Tea for two'), safe didn't work) neither did split system so it was a little bit cold there (but maybe it will be an advantage in summer).

Very good value for money at this time of year ( February school half- term ). Just used for a 1 night whistle stop to visit my son who lives in Cyprus !

I liked the location - it was close to two bays with nice access to the sea. Additionally nearby there were various restaurants to choose from. Food was really tasty there. Hotel is close to the bus stop, which guarantee you connection with Paphos Airport and frequently driving buses to town centre. Swimming pool is nice, also products in the market in the hotel area are reasonably priced comparing to others. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was also iron and hair dryer.
Although our appartment was quite large and I suppose that with the best possible view, all furniture were old. Another disadvantage was cleaning service, cleaning provided was not particularly precise.
Great atmosphere around pool.
We came there at 11:00 and were informed that we can check-in only at 14:00. We came back at 13:00 and waited. At 13:30 we were informed that they had a problem with reservations and that they did not have a room for us! But they offer us to stay in Avanti Village Hotel, which is close. Larger rooms, 4 stars and breakfast as bonus. Finally we stayed in Avanti Village and had great vacations. Next time - no more Panareti Resort.

Price was very fair. Friendly maid who cleaned every day! Nothing stolen, friendly staff, clean, always had hot water. Working air-con. 2 mins from the beach. Handy mini market on site.
Toilet door didn't close, bedside lamp had an electrical short, found a cockroach in the apartment.
Nice, clean simple accommodation suitable for families, couples or individual. Laid back atmosphere with friendly staff that know how to let people holiday without annoying them. I liked it...
Aircondition had problem
Location was excellent. It was very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. With a bus stop outside you were in minutes in town or could spent some time in the many bar and restaurants just outside the panareti resort.
No sat-TV, only one bad cypriot channel, no wifi in room, only near the reception and with weak signal. Had to repair the radio by myself.
Ok if you have no too much expectations. Calm. Silent. Breakfast fair, can be bored after a while.
Need to wait for the room till15:00 (cleaning was in progress) althogh there were only few guests and the room remained dirty. We have selected cash payment pricess while booking however the whole cost was charged (not deposite). Ruder russian staff
Tryed to check in and told no room available had to go to sister hotel in coral bay not very happy.

Cleanliness is very very poor curtains dirty, on the wall was dead insects nobody clean them , verandas dirty, kitchen utensils not proper, furniture a looked old and not so clean .blankets as cover for bed disgusting for Cyprus.ants were all over kitchen .
