  Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely! Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   Christothea apartment is the place for accommodation in Ayia Napa. The Staff is Very friendly. Air conditioning is available. The room is very very clean and quite simple. It is very clean to the square. A supermarket is near down the street. I will go to this place again next year. The staff offered towels but you must take with you soap and sham... what people say » poo. - Really nice staff, always ready to help. The apartment was always clean, towels and bed sheets regularly changed. Perfect position as it was close to everything. Air conditioning is also available for just 7 euro a day, which was great!
