Not recommended for party people, I mean if you want to party at the room ... But they are ok with visitors ... My room had a pool view, so it was the best location ... If you going there, request rooms... what people say » not facing the parking, I think they might be uncomfy ... However, the sound proofing in the room is excellent.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.   This was my 21st trip to Ayia Napa and I last stayed at these apartments 9 years ago! You could not stay at a more friendly place. All areas and facilities are always clean and tidy and the bar offers a superb tasty menu. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced with a great selection. The staff are lovely and are always happy to help with anyth... what people say » ing. Great location to the main square and only around €8 for a taxi to the fabulous Nissi beach. I would highly recommend staying here and will be re - It was clean and plenty of room. We had 3 of us in one and 4 in another one bedroom apartment. It's a 5 minute walk to The Strip which is perfect. For the money it was great.
