  This is a family business rather than a big hotel and it is very flexible. I made a last minute booking and accessed one of their studios on my own at midnight without having to checkin at the reception (since there is no reception). This is the second time I stayed there and this time I didn't even have to interact at all with any of the staff. Very conveni - The location is very convenient. Very central so we didn't need taxis but distant enough from the nightclubs (10 minutes walk) so we could sleep at night. The manager is very friendly. Fully functional kitchen. Taxi and buss stop, car/bike/bicycles at the door. Nissi Beach is only 15 minutes walk.

There is an after hours club which was fun. I was with a group of friends for a bachelor party and its was exactly what we wanted, but I don't think I ll ever stay there again.

The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge.   It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants.   Located very close to the see, in the city-center. Friendly staff. I'd say it is really value for money - There is no free wi-fi. They wanted 6 euro for a hour. There is no tv they wanted money for tv and mobile phone sharj . My mobile phone doesn't work there. To expensive hotel for two days I paid 136 euro.
