Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view. Highly recommended although it's not cheap. :) -

Cracking facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay there again with a discount as no hotel in Cyprus is good enough to be 5 star and charge as such. However on a discount it is a great deal.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Amazing service, helpful staff, we experienced a very kind attitude to all our problems and requests. The location of the hotel is really excellent: very close to the down town and in spite of this very peaceful place for the ones preferring to have a rest at night.Food was delicious especially dinners.
