Not recommended for party people, I mean if you want to party at the room ... But they are ok with visitors ... My room had a pool view, so it was the best location ... I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. I had a rental car, so

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Good location... Away from the busy road but can easily walk anywhere in Ayia Napa
Taxis are cheap €2 each to waterpark or the strip
Aren't too many people by the pool at the day, and there are hotel entertainers that do water gym and volleyball in the pool in the day

Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.
