Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely!
Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.

Excellent location within walking distance of the bars & shops, free parking, clean & modern hotel. Easy to find from the highway. The hotel provides hairdryers, irons etc for a small deposit. Restaurant menu is excellent & very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Ideal for everyone of all ages.

The size of the rooms is excellent, it includes a kitchen, VERY clean, close to the center (2 min if you're walking) but quiet, not very expensive, it is the best you can get for the the price that you pay, plus you get free wi-fi near the pool -

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.

Taxis are cheap €2 each to waterpark or the strip
Aren't too many people by the pool at the day, and there are hotel entertainers that do water gym and volleyball in the pool in the day

Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.
