  Excellent value for money, stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was lovely! Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   Apartments was lovely and very comfortable, a lot of space which is not often in Agia Napa hotels, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and always clean! They are convinient located close to main shopping area in the centre of Agia Napa with best fashion shops very near, it is in a quiet place, so you can sleep with open balcony and don't suff... what people say » er from noise. The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

  It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants. Cleaning was everyday, towels were changed even more often then I expected. ... what people say » Calmliness and peacefullness of Panthea are on top as in January. I was there in the low season so daren't imagine what it may be like in high season but certainly at this time of year it can't be beaten.
