  Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. The staff is really kind, friendly and helpful and also location is great, everything is within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook without any problems. As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.   The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.   Apartments was lovely and very comfortable, a lot of space which is not often in Agia Napa hotels, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and always clean! They are convinient located close to main shopping area in the centre of Agia Napa with best fashion shops very near, it is in a quiet place, so you can sleep with open balcony and don't suff... what people say » er from noise. The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

  The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! The location was great- close to the beach and supermarkets as well as great walking distance from the clubs yet far enough for it not to be too noisy if you didn't want to b... what people say » e involved in all the hectic nightlife! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again! - The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have.   We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.
