The staff is very helpfull and help you find place that you need (Pharmacy on sunday, taxi, bus station etc...) they even call for you. Restaurant and breakfast are OK. Room are large and comfortable

Just the windows that are a little too thin as well as the room walls. So you may hear some noise and have a need of ear devices to sleep well

Staff helpful, food nice

Sink blocked with soap and hairs but didn't see it till the morning
