Whether you are only passing through Paphos or staying for the beach and entertainment at night, the Pyramos is in a brilliant location. 2 Minutes walk from a main bus station with buses to/from airport, to/from around Paphos and linking with interccity buses to/from other major cities in Cyprus. I wanted to go to Larnaca but was cheaper to fly into Paphos, stay overnight and get to Larnaca by bus. The location of the hotel made that whole trip go so smoothly. Around one corner, you have eat.
all reviews » GREAT HOTEL WITH 5 STAR SERVICE This Hotel may have 2 stars but it certainly deserves more. Good location, great price and great staff. We were warmly welcomed, and asked if we would like help taking our bags to the room. We enjoyed a drink with Nic in the bar and made to feel at home straight away. The decor in the lounge bar and reception area is modern and very tasteful. The place is immaculate everything is spotlessly clean. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroo. The hotel is very conveniently located in Paphos, near the harbour, restaurants, clubs, shopping and archeological sites. The hotel was always clean, not easy when so many people use the beach, and the breakfast was very good. They also include air conditioning in the cost, which in August is a must, so no hidden costs like some of the other places. The front desk is open 24 hours and is helpful to book your, taxis and other things for you. They even tried to help find things for me like suntan. This was top notch ...with great location...fantastic staff who ran the place and couldn't do enough for you.Room was spot on and breakfast was standard fare ...but you could eat as much as you wanted.Shower was both powerful and hot...the best we've encountered on holiday....would highly recommend to anyone else and we shall use again.....many thanks. Nice interior design, design of the lobby and the bar. Room was small but very beautiful, there was a new tv sony, a cosy balcony. The staff very very friendly, the breakfast was a buffet with cheese, ham, vegetables, tosts, olives, honey and jam. Coffee, fresh juice. We were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was most kind. The hotel was very clean and new or just renewed. The reception and the breakfast-room/bar were nicely decorated. It was very closed to the restaurants and bars at the Habour, buses to go everywhere and some of the archeological sites. It was just a 5 min walk to the harbour and there were a lot of restaurants nearby. the breakfast was simple but decent. The room was clean and had a nice balcony and enough space for two persons. the price for this hotel is verry good. If you are in Paphos it is the best place to stay at. The Hungarian receptionist and the whole personnel are so helpful to make you feel like home. The room is air-conditioned, it has a small balcony as well. Excellent value for money. Location is great (super market, centre, bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel). Hi, Prior to booking I looked at Reviews and on arrival was more than pleased I had picked the Pyramos Hotel. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the room-staff with spotless towels and bedding, the adequate breakfasts and it's location plus the price was Excellent value Thanks, Jack from Wigan (uk). The staff ( Orsie?? ) and Nick on the bar are both very engaging and both make the hotel something special. We viisit Cyprus twice a year and normally stay at this hotel for 2 nights each time. We would however have no qualms about staying for a week or more. It is also in a great location. can't say a bad word about the place at all...... The view. Our airconditionor was broken, in the way it still cooled but it kept leaking water so we had to put the trashbinn underneath it. With the heath a good working airco is a must. there wasn't a swimmingpool with the hotel and only one small (busy) beach within walking distance. So it's not the perfect place for a typical beachvacation. if you rent a car however you will have a great time. The breakfast is not so varied after a week. Small bathroom. Some guests are quite noisy late at night and early morning. Would like a polite notice to be put on reception to ask hotel guests to respect others and be quiet when coming in during the early hours.
