  A small paradise close to Pissouri and Pissouri beach, the best beach we have seen by far. Very relaxed atmosphere with good restaurants but yet not overdeveloped. Apartments are very spacious and clean. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The swimming pool (largest in the area) is excellent and maintained daily. Beautiful garden and fantasti... what people say » c scenery. Breakfast was excellent value with home made cakes and fruits and vegetables from the garden. We originally planned to stay for three days - Location: ideal for those who are looking for some peace and quiet; in walking distance to the nice sandy and pebble beach of Pissouri Bay, where you can have a swim the whole year round; spacious, fully equipped apartment with big terrace (bring some dishrag and tea towel, if you plan to do your own cooking). Thanks a lot to Mr Evans and his son for their helpfulness.

  Although I was in Cyprus for the first time, I felt very friendly with Mr Evros like I was in someone whom I've known for many years, the absolute location of the apartments is excellent, in a quiet, yet close to everywhere: to the sea, to the restaurant, to the Market. Who longs for the busy avenue may be for half an hour by car in Paphos or Lima... what people say » ssol. Having a car in Cyprus available is granted without which it is hard to imagine holiday. Absolutely luxurious is the price! - We spent nice time in Kotzias appartements in June 2013. It is a good combination of price and facilities for the rest. It is not luxurious place but you will have all you need for your vacations. The perfect location at about 100 meters from the beach. The owner can provide you with the opportunity to rent a car and call taxi.

  The panoramic view is stunning and the hotel is only 2 miles from the lovely Pissouri Bay. Captains Restaurant is right on the beach and is superb in every way. The hotel is next to the amphitheatre and 'Cyprus Night' can be enjoyed at the nearby village square.
