  Our holiday was great, room was spotless with fantastic views, morden like in 5 star hotel :-) we were nicely surprised! Nice pool! staff amazingly friendly and nice, very reasonable price for a services provided. Location is very good, convenient route to Limassol and Pafos, quiet area and good programme in the nights in the restaruant! Good fun!... what people say » Thank you! Will be back again for sure :-) - We stayed at a recently renovated studio. The double bed was comfortable, there was a large flat screen tv with satellite channels, a dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen. The room was very clean and cosy. There was a balcony with view of the west coast of limassol. Situated in a quiet place away from the city but within 15 min drive from the city center.

  I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Hotel even kept my luggage in storage for two days I was away in the middle of my stay - and they were waiting fo - A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again. The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! Although we had to check out by midday there was a room to store our luggage and we were able to use all the hotel facilities until they took us (free of charge) to the airport at 18:45.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos
