Amazing service, helpful staff, we experienced a very kind attitude to all our problems and requests. The location of the hotel is really excellent: very close to the down town and in spite of this very peaceful place for the ones preferring to have a rest at night.Food was delicious especially dinners. There was a wide variety of activities offered each day for free that kept you active even if you decided to never leave the resort. My favorite feature was the free water taps throughout the resort where you could fill up your water bottle for free!

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.
