Great place! we needed a place on the Finikoudes beach, and there it was just across the street :).
We made a 'sea view' special request, we were given a spacious clean room/kitchenette with 2 windows looking on the beach and a nice sparkling bathroom.
We had a discount at the restaurant on the ground floor with the same name. -

The staff was really nice and always helpful (thanks for everything!). The service, the cleaning was perfect. All the apartments have see view with balcony, the AC works really good. Good location... Away from the busy road but can easily walk anywhere in Ayia Napa
Taxis are cheap €2 each to waterpark or the strip
Aren't too many people by the pool at the day, and there are hotel entertainers that do water gym and volleyball in the pool in the day
