I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size

The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.
