We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help
with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets
replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have.
About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the
main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend
this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

Dino the manager was an excelent person and he handle all our petitions.
As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.

the lady at the reception was very friendly. explaining all the options and advantages to us.
the appartment we took (#50) was on the ground floor, very spacious, with a big veranda facing the pool. it had a kitchen with all accessories, so we could cook ourselves breakfast from the food bought in the close-by BestBuy supermarket (open till late).

is right on the entrance to sandy bay beach (which is very beautiful),
there was wifi which was weak but still accessible, a lovely swimming
pool which was always very clean, and a very nice bar and restaurant
attached. Rooms refreshed daily and sparkling clean.

The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.
