The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Amazing service, helpful staff, we experienced a very kind attitude to all our problems and requests. The location of the hotel is really excellent: very close to the down town and in spite of this very peaceful place for the ones preferring to have a rest at night.Food was delicious especially dinners. Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

My stay in Nissiana was 3days and 2nights with single occupancy.. I booked airport shuttle transfer to this hotel at reasonable rate 15.8 euro from website name www.resorthoppa.com. It saved me some cost due to I was solo traveller .While by taxi gonna cost bout 50euro per trip.

The best thing we face during our stay is the ease of location, this hotel is just minutes away from the famous nissi beach & you can find a bus sop just across the road facing the hotel, which can help you to take buses for transportation in Ayia Napa instead of Taxis(which are very expensive). The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help
with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets
replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have.
About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the
