As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services.

The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help
with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets
replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have.
About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the
main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend
this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

easy to find, relatively quiet location away from the night club noise, Clean spacious apartment you could happily spend a fortnight there in comfort. Although the bed was really hard compared to my home bed. The pool was clean and big enough for a swim although it didn't have modern non slip tiles to you have to be careful getting in and out. -
