guests. Mr. George guided me from the first moment of booking with
helpful instructions and advises wrt arrival, transportation, shopping,

Location - 8 min walking from quiet and beautiful beach. Sun beds are available for free at Sofroniou's restaurant - same as full, tasty breakfast! We felt more guests than customers: mid-night arrival or late departure were absolutely not a problem, also having breakfast at 2pm.
Room very nice, clean and quiet. Building is very new and decorated in an artistic way (no swimming pool, but gym is on its way).

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. A lovely recently decorated place tucked away off the main street (so no pub/club noise all night). It was easy to find and is only a 5 min walk from all the amenities and the beach. If staying in Protaras again we would definitely book here again!!

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. This hotel is suitable for those who don't want to be tied to the regime of work of the dining room. There are all opportunities for self-cooking.
