Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach
(not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and
spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming

The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.
