The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed. The staff were very helpful and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were of good size and towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. even the cleaner was polite and friendly. I would have no hesitation booking the palms again. really enjoyed our stay. -

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

The elderly couple that own the place were absolutely lovely and were more than obliging in wanting to make my stay a good one.
The location was great, near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but off the main road for peace and quiet.

- price/qualitity level is in fact reasonable
- appartment is quite large with all needed facilities. Comfortable bed.
- swimming-pool is a pleasant additional option, especially on windy days when it's not very comfortable by the sea

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua
