We stayed at the hotel for just one night during a short trip to the capital of Cyprus.
The hotel location is good: a cozy, quiet area, the center of Nicosia is about 20 minutes ' walk away. The view from the window was nice: the Turkish part of the city and the foothills .

The hotel was perfect! We could not believe one can stay at such a place
for this price. The hotel can easily be considered 4-star or something
like that. Without asking, we were given the executive "Zebra"
room which was very nice, clean, large and stylish, zebras everywhere.
The staff is super nice and friendly, breakfast is good and everything
was perfect. There is even free snacks/fruits bar available 24 hours
(a thing you rarely see in hotels), nice lobby/saloon, maps stand

We made a round trip in Cyprus. Among all other good hotels this one was the best. It locates in a lovely and quiet part of the city center, just 15 minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful by providing us with the useful information about the sightseeing. Really good value for the money. Thank you very much for makeing our visit to Nicosia so enjoyable!

The hotel rooms were fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. They made our stay at the hotel so special. I was celebrating my birthday and they recognised this by playing and singing happy birthday at breakfast and presented me with a huge cake. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room and the hotel in general was very clean and the decor and furnishings looked almost new! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and the waitess was very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly use the Altius Hotel again if we visit Nicosia again.

everything ! I had a small but very cosy room on the 3rd and last floor with a big balcony, a private bathroom.
