  Excellent location for the business sector of Nicosia. Nicely laid out with outside seating area although not much of interest to look at whilst sitting. Not bothered by traffic noise unlike many Nicosian hotels. Above average quality of breakfast and the staff are very friendly - Every thing. I was so so surprised how good hotel it was.   Good value. Responsive staff. Front desk open 24 hours every day. Large room. Comfortable furniture & bed. Warm enough in winter (even snowed briefly one day). Convenient to have kitchenette. Close walking to 2 good supermarkets. Close walking to U. Cyprus where I had activities. Overall quite satisfied. - excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.

  The hotel rooms were fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. They made our stay at the hotel so special. I was celebrating my birthday and they recognised this by playing and singing happy birthday at breakfast and presented me with a huge cake. My room overlooked the front and the balcony had sun from morning til night. I liked it very much.
