  Everything was good in general. Though I would recommend to add real coffee / leaf tea, various fresh juices and fruits to breakfast menu. Also it would be great to have a kettle at the room. And for eating out I would really recommend to go to the city center, try Diva restaurant, it's definitely worth to - There was a wide variety of activities offered each day for free that kept you active even if you decided to never leave the resort.   We had a studio room which was huge! Such a bargain - location was amazing. Fig tree bay is the most beautiful water I have ever swum in. The area has been overrun with British and doesn't have a Greek vibe which was disappointing, but the beauty makes up for it. Really enjoyed our holiday. The staff at Alva were absolutely lovely too. Room was clean - we paid for the studio and so we knew the rooms weren't going to be as flash as the apartments but were pleasantly surprised b - The place is nice and rather clean (cleaned every day). Our room was spacious with a lovely sea-view (4th floor). Many shops and restaurant around with a great diversity. however we didn't spend too much time in hotel, it was our starting point for visiting east ans south coast of Cyprus. It is definitely worth to visit all lovely beached aroung not only in Protaras (rather crowded).
