  Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view.   We stayed at Cleopatra apts middle of February. The place is excellent, very well organise and very clean. The rooms are clean, nice furnitures and a good variety of satelite channels.The young man who is in charge, his name is Chris, he is an excellent young man and he can provite anything you ask him. For sure we will be back - Our family we 2 children 6y.o and 3 y.o stayed at Cleopatra apts last week for 7 days. We have to be honest , we had one of our best holiday ever. Big Apartments, with 2 toilets ,big balconies and everything a family could need. The manager was very helpfull and very polite. We ll visit Cleopatra again

  The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely. As it was not high season (February) the services were almost none and the twin hotel was in full renovation So I dont put the highest mark because we cant use the other services. It is very clean to the square. A supermarket is near down the street. I will go to this place again next year.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.
