  The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed.   Everything was perfect, very quite, clean, and warm. Mr Kyriakos and Mrs Evgenia welcomed us with their best wishes for a pleasand stay and even offered us a cup of coffee.also I like the way they contact their customers (telephone/email) instead of knocking on their door which I find sometimes annoying. In general we really enjoyed our stay and we will recommend it to others for sure!!! - Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

  probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in at any hotel rooms cleaned every day except sunday balcony had good views over mountains basic but very good - You get to the beach simply by crossing the road. Friendly and helpfull staff.

  Absolutely met all our expectations!!! - price/qualitity level is in fact reasonable - appartment is quite large with all needed facilities. Comfortable bed. - swimming-pool is a pleasant additional option, especially on windy days when it's not very comfortable by the sea - good municipal beaches nearby (10 min by walk) as well as all main tour... co mówią ludzie » ist facilities (restaurants, shops, bars, promenade areas, excursions offices, 5-star hotels). 10 minutes from the city center by bus - delicious and - We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua
