I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. I had a rental car, so

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.
