  Inexpensive, functional, suited our needs well, everything there that we needed. Very helpful owner who took my calls very late at night while trying to find the location. Very friendly people in Cyprus, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, we felt very welcome everywhere we went, clean and tidy streets. We felt very safe.   Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach (not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and spacious.   The location is right on the seafront with the beach opposite. We had a balcony so we could enjoy the wonderful view. The hotel was very close to the wine festival which was delightful. The restaurant and staff were terrific. - The sea view and proximity to the gardens for the wine festival. The size of the rooms and the facilities provided.
