Location - 8 min walking from quiet and beautiful beach. Sun beds are available for free at Sofroniou's restaurant - same as full, tasty breakfast! We felt more guests than customers: mid-night arrival or late departure were absolutely not a problem, also having breakfast at 2pm.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. A lovely recently decorated place tucked away off the main street (so no pub/club noise all night). It was easy to find and is only a 5 min walk from all the amenities and the beach. If staying in Protaras again we would definitely book here again!!

New houses with a sea view, green and good-looking territory, clean pool, clean rooms of a good size.
Not the least positive thing - it has a very comfortable beach just in front of the hotel.
Several nice restoraunts is on the main road. So, if you have a car than it is no problem to get there. For a walk it is quite unfriendly road.

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. This hotel is suitable for those who don't want to be tied to the regime of work of the dining room. There are all opportunities for self-cooking. Nothing good underground free toilet, you can change clothes and take a shower with fresh water. I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap
